Refunds, cancellations and changes depend on the fare, supplier and booking conditions. We explain these rules before ticket issue wherever possible.
Most travel products are controlled by airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer or visa authority rules. Some fares are non-refundable, some allow changes for a fee, and some refunds may be returned as travel credit.
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference and passenger details. We will check the applicable supplier conditions and explain available options.
Refund processing times vary by supplier, payment method and airline. Where a supplier refund is approved, we will update you when funds are received or when the supplier gives a confirmed status.
Service fees or administration charges may be non-refundable where work has already been completed. Any applicable charge will be explained when handling your request.
