Quotes and availability

Travel prices, availability, taxes and supplier conditions can change until booking is confirmed and ticketed. A quote does not guarantee a fare unless expressly confirmed after payment and ticket issue.

Passenger responsibilities

• Check all names match passports before payment.
• Ensure passports, visas, transit documents and health requirements are valid.
• Review airline baggage, check-in and travel rules.
• Arrive at the airport with enough time for check-in and security.

Payments and confirmations

Payment deadlines may be short because airline and supplier availability changes quickly. Booking confirmations, e-tickets or supplier vouchers should be checked immediately and any error reported to us as soon as possible.

Supplier terms

Flights, hotels, insurance, visa services and packages may be subject to separate airline, hotel, insurer, authority or supplier rules. Those rules can affect changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage and passenger eligibility.

We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect passenger information, invalid documents, denied visas, missed flights, force majeure events or supplier decisions outside our reasonable control.
